We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Insurance Data and Analytics Manager to deliver analytical work with business execution that contributes to business strategy, business growth, customer experience, productivity and optimizes sales efficiencies, exclusively for insurance products underwritten by Allianz Malaysia. The KPIs of this individual is the success of data supported campaigns / projects, measured in APE, conversion ratio, insurance penetration, timely execution, etc. s: Provide data analytics supported in-sight of customer data to support business strategy such as new product ideas, new campaign ideas, new customer segments, etc in order to help business to achieve the target business growth. Proactively conduct data analytics with the available customer data information for potential new leads in conjunction with new product launches, sales campaigns, predictive underwriting, etc. collaborating with Allianz, HSBC INS and distribution networks. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of all campaigns backed by data analytics such as conversion ratio, APE generated and analyse the key success factors or continue to enhance the data analytics to improve conversion ratio for campaigns. Generate & upload insurance leads for HSBC Relationship Managers (RM), Insurance Specialist (IS) & Mobile Specialist (MS) based on customer protection and saving needs. Work closely with Allianz to develop customer and sales insurance dashboard to track key performance indicators. Contribute to machine learning platforms by research, discover new methodologies and new data feeds to identify customer insurance needs and triggered events. Collaborate with various stakeholders in HSBC and Allianz to develop customer modeling framework aligns with customer CLCM strategy and support delivery of the customer vision provide insights, modeling and data / CRM related implementation support to develop and deploy next level customer clustering / personas for practical use cases (e.g. acquisition / servicing / engagement / cross-up sell). Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematical or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant analytical, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills Prior experience in building predictive modelling, customer segmentations, conceptual modelling, hypothesis testing Experience and understanding of A/B and multivariate testing best practices and application Experience with at least one core statistical programming language (e.g. R, Python, SQL, SAS) Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI, etc) Strong Microsoft Suite skills, especially with Excel & PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas Enthusiasm for proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases for insurance needs Background in life or general insurance is an added advantage Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritised.
