Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry;
Possess a degree / diploma in any discipline.
Good knowledge in MS office
Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
Job Scope :
Respond to inquiries and correspondence from the clients and prepare appropriate responses effectively;
Follow-up with insurers on policy documents and endorsements, policy checking, notify insurer of any discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding matters;
Obtain quotations from insurers for new client, reviewing the terms to ensure it meets client's requirements;
Ensure proper billing to clients as per agreed terms;
Monitoring client's renewal;
Designing Broking Slips to suit the client's needs;
Ensure all client documentations are appropriately filed.
Any other relevant duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior/management.
