Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop client relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. Present and sell insurance policies to both new and existing clients, including life, health, and general insurance products. Conduct needs analysis to recommend the appropriate coverage for clients' protection and financial security. Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products, ensuring they make informed decisions. Maintain client records and handle policy renewals to ensure ongoing support and exceptional service. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous learning and training. Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings, training, and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A strong work ethic, motivation, and desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Licensed insurance agent or willingness to obtain appropriate licensing (if required by local regulations). Customer-focused mindset with the goal of delivering the best possible service.
