Responsibilities Source and solicit new prospect, corporate, clients, potential individuals and used car dealers to buy/renew insurance through TCCL KPI set 1st year, sub year renewal retention and premium production Upsell motor product is a must (GAP, EWP & etc.) Manage, grow and maintain prospect listing Support and achieve the company target for number of sales, renewals and premium volume is required Assist department head in ad-hoc projects as required Support the planning, developing and executing strategies to grow market share Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent and above At least 1-3 years of working experience in related fields Must possess good interpersonal skill Good communication skill and presentation skills Good in time management WIlling to take up new challenges
