Job Description
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Outspoken with good communication skills, result-oriented, customer focused.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Resourceful and people oriented requiring minimal supervision.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Good in time management
- Able to work with all levels of staff.
- Accountable for serving as the primary point of contact for insurance agencies.
- Accountable for serving as the primary point of contact for insurance agencies.
- Manage account growth and monitor performance.
- Visitation to insurance agencies to promote PHKL facilities, services and consultants on a regular basis.
- Conduct tour and presentation of the hospital profile and services available.
- To participate in any promotional or other activities that will position or enhance the brand of the hospital.
- Establish a good rapport with customers to secure business opportunities.
- Responsible for the supervision and management of all planned events.
- To maintain good relationships with PHKL consultants, nurses, and other non-clinical staff.
- To assist on admissions, emergency cases, and other related matters upon request.
