Job Description

The Insurance Processing Specialist is responsible for

reviewing, validating, and processing insurance policies, claims, and related documentation

accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that all transactions comply with company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements, while providing excellent support to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process

insurance applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

in the system. Validate policy information and ensure

accuracy of client data, coverage details, and premium amounts

. Handle

claims documentation

, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal and external regulations. Liaise with

underwriters, agents, and customers

to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies. Ensure timely processing of all insurance-related requests in line with SLAs. Support

monthly and quarterly reporting

, data reconciliation, and audit preparation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Insurance, Business Administration, Finance

, or related field.

1-3 years of experience

in insurance operations, policy administration, or claims processing preferred. Good understanding of

insurance policies, coverage types, and underwriting/claims processes

.

Able to speak and read in Cantonese and traditional chinese fluently

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
