Language Requirement:
Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and offer insurance solutions to walk-in customers at branch locations
Provide financial advice tailored to individual customer needs
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Achieve set sales targets consistently
Engage in ongoing training and development programs
Job Requirements:
Sales experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
Open to applicants from all backgrounds
Financial Executive (Trainee):
SPM/STPM with at least 3 years working experience
OR Diploma holder with less than 1 year experience
Senior Financial Executive (Trainee):
Degree holder with less than 1 year experience
Senior Financial Executive:
Degree holder with more than 2 years of relevant experience
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary from RM 2,600 to RM 10,000 (depending on experience and position)
