Job Description

Key responsibilities

Sales and client management:

Achieving sales targets for bancassurance products, promoting a range of insurance plans to bank customers, and generating new business.

Financial advice:

Providing financial advice to clients based on their needs and promoting tailored insurance solutions.

Relationship building:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both bank customers and bank staff to generate leads and business.

Compliance:

Ensuring all sales activities are in compliance with banking and insurance regulations.

Customer support:

Managing customer inquiries, assisting with claims, and handling complaints.

Collaboration and reporting:

Working with branch staff to maximize sales opportunities and submitting required reports in a timely manner.
Required skills and qualifications

Sales and financial knowledge:

Proven sales ability and a strong understanding of insurance and financial products.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

Customer focus:

A customer-centric approach to providing solutions and service.

Education:

A degree or diploma in a relevant field like insurance or business is often required.

Other:

A background in sales or a related field is beneficial, and professional insurance certifications are a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
