We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Insurance Specialist. Principal Responsibilities: Meeting of KPIs To achieve the desired sales performance targets set To achieve the target product mix for Protection and Savings products. To achieve overall productivity, conversion ratio, profitability and quality sales for Allianz Life. Collaborate with bank on leads generation Responsible for farming activities on leads generated by bank, timely act on the leads provided & identify insurance needs to ensure high quality sales & conversion rate. Provide feedback of the result of leads activity & leads quality to branch sales leaders. Sales Activities & Management Record daily sales activities, sales follow up actions and leads & pipeline management Provide financial planning advice to customers in relation to their insurance portfolio Provide updates via regular sales management meeting with sales leader in HSBC and Allianz Provides after sales service & guidance to customers such as minor claims process, policy changes, etc . . After Sales Service Provides after sales service & guidance to customers such as minor claims process, policy changes, etc. . Branch Support Support branches on consultation with RMin identify and fulfilling their needs in Bancassurance space Organise customer event to drive sales Requirements Highly results oriented and keen interest in direct sales position With min 3 years of relevant working experience in financial service industry with sales experience in Bancassurance and life insurance protection product preferrably in a banking environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Diploma /Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
