Position: Insurance Specialist Operations

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 10am - 7pm.
Salary: Basic up to RM6,050 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Get to know the Role:

• To take us to the next level, we are looking to widen our customer reach and product breadth in life, health, and general insurance. We are hence looking to expand our regional operations team, especially looking for a skilled multi-talented team member to help us conceptualize and execute operation processes, manage partner relationships, and ultimately serve the customer.

• This role, based out of Malaysia, will primarily be focusing on helping to build and support our insurance operations across the South East Asia region.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Support distribution of insurance products by working closely with insurance partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.

• Use data analytics to support operational processes and identify operational issues/pain points.

• Business process improvement/optimization to increase efficiency and achieve cost savings.

• Work with payment, finance and FP&A teams to support the end-to-end financial operations of our insurance business.

The Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business or IT)

• Knowledge of Financial Services products and operations (Minimal 2-3 years of work experiences)

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

• Proficiency in English, and preferably, in 1 other Asian language.

• Malaysian citizenship or the right to work in Malaysia

The Good to Haves:
Knowledge of Insurance.
