The Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field ?preferably in business or IT?
• Knowledge of Financial Services products and operations ?Minimal 2-3 years of work experiences?
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

Tanggungjawab
The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Support distribution of insurance products by working closely with insurance partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.
• Use data analytics to support operational processes and identify operational issues/pain points.
• Business process improvement/optimization to increase efficiency and achieve cost savings.
• Work with payment, finance and FP&A teams to support the end-to-end financial operations of our insurance business.
