Account Intern

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Assist in processing and preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

? Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

? Support the maintenance of accounting records by organising and filing documents in accordance with established procedures.

? Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

? Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

? Participate in special projects as assigned, which may include data analysis, research, and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.

? Demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting.

? Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

? Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

? Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

? Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
