Setup and maintenance of gauges. Responsible to develop, continually improve, and document robust solar module manufacturing processes to achieve the highest product performance in a cost-efficient manner. Develops, documents, and enforces standard operating procedures and process description. Responsible to interface with other company, customer and supplier representatives. Plan process experiments, collects and analyses data and reports experiment results. Maintain effective communication levels and fosters Team Building. Exhibits a self-directed, proactive approach to problem solving. Requirements: 5 years Process Engineering or Integration experience in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's in an Engineering discipline or Physical Science Field or the equivalent.
