Our Client, established in 2019, is an Intellectual Property (IP) Consulting Firm specialising in cross border trademark protection and enforcement for B2B and B2C. The firm comprises of a group of Technical and Legal experts who have had vast experience in serving the clients in securing and enforcing their intellectual property rights locally and internationally. They strive to design the best protection route for your intellectual properties and to develop the most efficient and cost effective strategies without limiting the creativity of your assets. Position: IP Associate Location: Jalan Bukit Bintang, KL (WFH) RESPONSIBILITIES: Parked under the Procedural Department (Support Team) and Report to a Partner. Preparing related documentation for submission at the IP Registry (MyIPO). Liaising with IP Registry (MyIPO). Liaising with clients, external associates/ agencies. Ensure instructions, deadlines are handled in a timely manner. Attending to client\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries. Preparing and drafting of articles and/or contents related to IP. WFH and only need to go to the office if required/ necessary. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma in a related/ relevant field. Experience in working in a Law Firm or IP Firm are encouraged to apply. Verbal and written communication in English, Mandarin, BM. Able to work independently. Possess own transport and willing to travel. Competency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Canva and Trello is an added advantage. REMUNERATION PACKAGES: Basic: RM3000 to RM 3,500 Allowances : RM200 On Job Travel: Claim basis, if assigned a task. EPF, SOCSO, EIS Benefit: Annual Leave, Bonus (subject to performance) etc. Working Days: 5 days\' work week (Mon to Fri) Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
