Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the SCMIS platform. Support data entry, validation, and management to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and resolve system issues. Monitor system performance and escalate technical problems. Provide user support and training for effective system use. Help generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management. Support integration between SCMIS and other systems. Maintain documentation of processes and updates. Stay updated on new SCMIS features and assist with their implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Basic understanding of supply chain processes and technology. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SCMIS or ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Interested in learning about supply chain systems and industry standards. Ability to work well with technical teams and support system troubleshooting.
