Job Summary

Produce interior designs for property products by Property Services Department of our Client that meets project brief / end user requirements, adopting latest ID design principles & trends, incompliance to UBBL (or other local authorities & technical agencies requirements), adopting best sustainability HSE practices, while being cost effective and within the SLA timeframe.

Accountability & Responsibility:

Support and participate in Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company's QHSE objectives and targets are met.

In house Projects:

Produce preliminary ID design proposal to get the approval of the end users, utilizing tools such as schematic planning, visualizations, material & furniture; Produce detail ID drawings & other documents for the preparation of accurate cost estimates; Produce tender drawings & other tender documents that is comprehensive & accurate; Managing workloads between Design Team (Architect, Draughtsman, M&E) or beyond (QS, PM, PMO); Supporting Design Team & other Unit initiatives; Address any issues related to design throughout the project lifecycle that could arise; Highlight to end users, PM, Head of Design Management, Lead PMC or others of any non compliances;

Projects with External Consultants:

Review ID design from external Consultants or Contractor as instructed by PM; Be part of evaluation team for design RFP, tender, etc.

Education & Experience Requirements

Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture & Design; Minimum 3 years of working experience as Interior Designer in consultancy firms; Exposure to various typology of Interior Design Works; Well versed with products (materials, finishes & fittings) available in the market High competency in visualization software ( Vray, Lumion or other approved softwares ). Exposure to various typology of ID Works is desirable; REVIT (BIM) competency is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
