About the role

Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Interior Design to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving & maximize sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming & ongoing projects for our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Carry out design concepts and details,3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects. Carry out ad-hoc duties / task when requested by management Independent and punctual. Preparing detailed design drawings, 2D, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design Participate in on-site assessments, collect data and measurements, and analyze space requirements to inform your designs

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in, Interior Design Studies or equivalent; Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a professional interior design role Proficiency in design software such as: AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members Able to produce conceptual interior/furniture design drawings for presentation to clients with working drawings, detail drawings for construction Able to create and design products which attend to customers' wants and needs Own transportation for convenient commuting and site visits
