Responsibilities:

Collabrate with clients to understand their goals, functional requirements, and budget contraints
Develop design concepts, colour palettes, mood boards, and presentations to communicate and visualize design ideas to clients
Create 2D and 3D design drawings, renderings, and layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit
Select and specify appropiate materials, finished, furniture, fixtures and equipment
Provide guidance and recommendations on colour scheme, lighting and spatial arrangements to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and industry standards throughout the design process
Collabrate with architects, contractors and suppliers to coordinate project implementation and ensure timely and successful execution

Requirements:

Fresh Graduate also can apply.
Knowledgeable about material aplication.
Preferably Executive specialized in Autocad, Skethup, Microsoft Excel.
Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Architecture and have graduated from a recognised insitute.
Preferred skills: 3DMax, Adobe Photoshop
Must be willing to work in Balakong (need to go for site visiting or attend meeting at site)
Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Working Hour 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday; Saturday alternate 8.30 -1.00
