Responsibilities:

Interior Designer Executice is responsible for producting high quality project design deliverables in both furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF & E) and construction documents.
Able to work on any / all phases of development including pre design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and contruction administration.
Meeting with clients to determine the requirements and needs.
Strong negotiation power in price with suppliers and site supervisor. Oversee work progress of project.
Manage and prepare project costing.
Reporting and working closely with leader with trust.

Requirements:

Advanced/higher/graduate diploma,architecture,art/design/creative multimedia or equivalent.
2 years of design experience
Required skills : Ms Office, Ms Power point, 3D Max, Adobe Illustractor, Adobe Photoshop, Auto Cab, Draft sight sketch up.
Required language : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Knowledge in prpepare project quotation and material application.
Knowledge in prepare 2D & 3D perpective.
Good negotiation power with suppliers and contractors.
Must have critical thiking, posittive, friendly, professional attitude and good sense of humor.
Strong stress relief.
Ability to multi tasking, meet deadline and is eager to learn and grow with firm.
Leadership and problem solving skills is required.
