Requirements:

• Graduated in interior design or related majors
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup and Illustrator
• Excellent mathematical ability and technical understanding
• Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
• Ability to handle a full set of construction drawings and details
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, and English

Scopes:

• Meeting client, design and come up with proposal based on client\'s needs.
• Manage project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Design and produce full set of drawing with 2D & 3D illustration view
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Ensuring final designs meet required safety and structural standards.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client\'s project
