About the Role

We are hiring an

Interior Designer

who is practical, responsible, and ready to work on real projects from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure, client interaction, and

project-based commission on top of salary

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts based on

client briefs, budgets, and timelines

Prepare

space planning, layout drawings, detailed drawings, and 3D visuals

Present design proposals and revisions to clients professionally Assist in

material, finishes, lighting, and furniture selection

Coordinate with internal team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution Attend site visits when required to resolve design-related issues Support project documentation, revisions, and handovers Ensure designs are

practical, buildable, and cost-effective

Requirements

Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome

(portfolio required) Proficient in

AutoCAD / SketchUp

(3D rendering is an advantage) Basic understanding of construction details and materials Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication skills with clients and team members Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently

Project-Based Commission:

In addition to supporting company projects, the designer is encouraged to source their own projects. They will manage these projects independently and earn a commission based on successful completion and revenue generated. This provides an opportunity to significantly boost income beyond the fixed salary.
