Job Responsibilities

Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, shopdrawing, models and visuals.
Propose and design new concepts to each client according to their desired needs.
Attend meetings and lias with customers. Understanding their needs and translate them into workable concepts & design.
Handle all documentation required on project requirements.
Propose suitable construction materials, color scheme, materials needed, carpet, carpentry work and etc.
Lias with the team during and current progress of all ongoing projects.
Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan and control daily working site progress.
Analyze and Inspect problematic areas in sites.
Able to perform other tasks given by the Manager.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Preparing all related drawings inclusive 3D visuals, 2D AutoCAD drawing. Sketches, Material and Mod Board.
Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Ms. Office, Sketchup
Good understanding of Design Detailing
Able to start immediately.
Working hour 5 Days and 9 hours a day
