Interior Designer

Job Description
- Preferable minimum 2 years or above working experience in interior design field is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
- Software requirement (SketchUp, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Etc.)
- Own Transportation (site visit required)
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Attend site visit to collect data and measurements, analyze space availability and requirements.
- Attend meeting with client to understand the design needs and preferences regarding interior styles and colors.
- Create initial design concept, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability.
- Research & propose suitable material & finishes based on intended design.
- Able to conduct design presentation to the client.
- Interpret and translate designs concept to CAD drawing & 3D visual rendering for construction.
- Liaising with site-supervisors, sub-contractors and vendors to implement design ideas.
- Keep track on site progress and solve design issues.
- Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline.
