Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Interior Design.
- Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, V-Ray rendering, Sketch up, Auto Cad & Adobe Photoshop.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives or Senior Executive specializing in Interior Design field.
- Self directed and a problem solver.
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens.
- Responsible for creating design concepts & prepare drawings.
- Schematic design with sketches, CGI (3D visuals).
- To attend project meeting or presentation.
- Site measurement and site visit needed, marking necessary project arrangement and tracking site progress.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers pertaining to Design Development.
- To oversee the design and overall process from Conceptual, Design Development, Construction stage and completion of projects.
