Our client is a Singapore-based interior design firm established in 2021, known for delivering well-executed projects that emphasize timeliness, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. Their diverse portfolio covers both residential and commercial projects, including homes, offices, schools, shop houses, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and team on commercial interior projects. Meet with clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and functional objectives. Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, kujiale, and Revit. Prepare quotations and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation to maintain design integrity.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or architecture (commercial project experience preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, kujiale, Photoshop, and SketchUp. Strong creativity, design sense, and project coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors).

Package

Basic Salary:

SGD 2,800 - 3,800 (negotiable)

5.5-day week / 44 hours Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
