Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their design preferences and requirements.

Design and Documentation

: Prepare quotations, and technical drawings to guide project execution.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers or independently oversee projects to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.

Cost Control

: Manage budgets, identify savings opportunities, and maintain design quality.

-

Quality Assurance

: Ensure all designs and constructions meet professional and client standards.

-

Post-Renovation Services

: Address client concerns post-renovation to ensure satisfaction.

-

Team Collaboration

: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

What we expected from you

- Availability to commence work ASAP

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.

-Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel

-Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks, including cost control and quality assurance, simultaneously.

-Education Qualifications

-Strong Time Management skills

-Self Starter and Detail Oriented

-Skilled in collaboration with 3D drafters, site coordinators, vendors, subcontractors, accountants, and the marketing team

-Proficient in Mandarin, English

Penang Island (Tanjung Tokong, Tanjung Bungah, Bayan Lepas, Jelutong, Gelugor, Georgetown)

Penang Mainland (Butterworth, Juru, Simpang Ampat, Bukit Mertajam, Alma, Seberang Perai)
