Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Autocad, SketchUp, Vray, 3D Studio Max, or any rendering software, Adobe Illustator & Adobe PhotoShop
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts / Drafting / Creative / Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Flair in Interior Design.
• Strong artistic, critical thinking skills are important.
• Willing to work long hours & occasional weekends.

Tanggungjawab

• To prepare and coordinate design concept, materials board, planning and drafting for client / presentation purpose.
• To prepare construction drawing plans, sections, elevations, details and specifications.
• Manage to communicate with team members, scheduling meetings with client, overseeing contractors, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity with minimal guidance.
• Well verse in Autocad, Sketch Up, Vray, 3D Max or any rendering sotfware .
• Meet with clients to establish a vision for design
• Have a good knowledge of materials and their application.
• Updates job status to superiors and prepare minutes of the meeting.
• Keeping up-to-date with technological and software developments.
