Job Description
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Graduate in Art/Design/Architecture or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as the role require to liaise with customer as well.
- 5 years\' experience are required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply too)
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketching, 3D Max, Intericad, SketchUp.
- Available to drive.
- If you\'ve got a keen eye for workspace design and always have your finger on the pulse of industry trends, then we want to hear from you.
- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, quotation, BQ, models and visuals.
- Present and propose concepts to each client according to their desired needs.
- Attend meetings and liaise with customers.
- Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, materials needed, carpentry work.
- Work closely with team to create scope of work and define projects.
- Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
- Analyse and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
