Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with LivSpace leads convert to successful and happy customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables-Drawings, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ.
\xe2\x97\x8f Based out of one of our Experience Centers, you will be required to attend customer walk-ins.
\xe2\x97\x8f Sell Livspace Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to
\xe2\x97\x8f Your responsibilities will range from client front-ending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
\xe2\x97\x8f Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications \xe2\x97\x8f You have a minimum of one year of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
\xe2\x97\x8f Atleast SPM and above educational qualification for malaysian applicants
\xe2\x97\x8f You have handled projects end-to-end - sales, design and execution.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
