Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design
At least 2 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language : English
Required Skill(s): Proficient in Sketch Up and Enscape, Autocad, Photoshop
Competent in Technical & Documentation Knowledge
High Attention to Design & Detailing
Exceptional Communication Skills & a Team Player

Responsibilities

Attending to client\'s briefing and site visit.
Work closely with the team in developing design concept proposal and present to client.
Handling all design related scopes including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.
To develop CAD drawing, 3D Visuals, presentation board from design stage to construction stage.
Site visits to ensure projects are developed according to specification and requirement.
To resolve design related issues at all stages with project manager and vendors.
To coordinate with sub contractors
