- Create layout plans, 3D and 2D detail drawings, models and visuals by
- Prepare schematic M&E layout plan
- Prepare 3D perspective by using Kujiale/Coohom or 3D max software
- Proposed design concept, material and furniture selection
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop a scope of work and project definitions

- 5 day work per week
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in home furnishing/residential
- Require skills ~ Autocad, 3D Studio Max and Kujiala software
- Knowledge in modular system cabinetry will be an added advantage
- Proactive and has self-initiative. Quick leaner
- A team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines, has strong
- Dental insurance
- Monday to Friday
- Yearly bonus
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
- Interior Design: 2 years (Required)
