Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
Required skill(s): 3D Max (MUST), Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work in a team with positive attitude, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to guide and work in a team.
At least 5 years of working experiences preferable in residential project
Able to travel and meet client
Able to speak in Mandarin, English
Independent and punctual

Tanggungjawab

Carry out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives, 2D, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects. Involve in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of Material used.
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
To ensure design and renovation targets for clients are met.
Carry out ad-hoc duties/task when requested by management
