s * Develop and present design concepts, mood boards and 3D Visualization.

Select appropriate materials, color lighting and furniture to create cohesive and visually appealing design.
Prepare proposals, construction drawing and detailed plans including demolition, partitioning, M&E layout, RCP and floor finishes.
Understanding of fundamental principles in layout planning, material finishes and technical drawing plans.
Perform and organize site visits and measurements, and participate in site meeting with clients and contractor to facilitate clear communication, collaboration and project coordination.
Others duties and assignments to be assigned by management as and when necessary.
Assist to conduct site inspection.

Requirements * Possess at least a diploma in interior design or related field.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, IntriCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Microsoft programs and any other related rendering software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
Highly independent, creative, self motivated & organized with design sensibility.
Min 1 year of working experience in interior design field
