Job Description
- Diploma or higher education in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Can speak in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in software such as AiHouse, Coohom, AutoCAD, 3D Sketchup, and 3DS Max.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Own transportation is required.
- Candidates must provide a portfolio with their application.
- Conceptualise mood boards.
- Develop design layouts.
- Conduct on-site measurements.
- Create 3D and detailed drawings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Handle purchasing and material sourcing.
- Perform weekly site monitoring.
- Conduct defect checks.
- Annual leave.
