Job Description
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design trends.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Assist in developing creative concepts and translating ideas into compelling 2D and 3D designs.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and apps to create advanced renderings and transform 3D designs into AI-enhanced visuals.
- Draft floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Research and recommend materials, furnishings, and finishes to suit project aesthetics and budgets.
- Attend client meetings with senior designers to understand needs and present design solutions.
- Support in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
