Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project
Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
Prepare final plans, using computer applications
Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied
Responsible overall supervision of project site progress
Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing specification and procedure
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Architecture Design.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position .
Fresh graduates are also welcome
Required Skill(s): Autocad, 3DsMax, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word & Excel.
Problem Solver, Self Independent & be able to work as a Team.
Able to Plan and Prioritize.
