• Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max,Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad, Sketch Up and computer literacy in Microsoft Office application.
• Position requires creativity & artistic talent, good organizational, time management and communications skills and a committed individual who is able to translate their design experience and ideas in response to the challenges of this large-scale development.
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in the Interior Designer industry.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• A great team player, work independently with minimum supervision and effectively.
• Minimum 6 years working experience required.

• Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing
• Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
• Responsible for the construction and technical details of drawings
• Present and propose concepts to each client according to their desired needs.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
• Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects both independently and within project teams.
• Ensuring that design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within budget and timescales.
• Handle all documentation required on project requirements.
• Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, materials needed, carpet, and carpentry work.
• Work with internal team and operation department to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
• Work closely with team to create scope of work and define projects.
• Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
• Analyse and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
• Skilfully resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project's design agenda
• Prepare and issue specification
• Where appropriate, manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines
