Design interior spaces from concept to completion including permanent fitting details to soft-furnishing elements
Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
Creates idea boards/ mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients
Creates project budgets, including materials and labor
Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Supervise work progress
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Work closely with person in-charge of business development and contractors
Report to senior designer

; Requirements: -

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, furniture, and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
Problem-solving skill
Diploma in Interior Design or similar
Own transportation
