Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, due to majority suppliers and customers communicate in Mandarin.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Required Skill(s): AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Candidate with strong flair in 2D detailing, layout and construction drawings would be an added advantage.
Attend to client\'s briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.
Work closely with team in developing design proposal and present to client.
Handling all design related scope including conceptual design,space planning,detailing and construction drawing.
