Job Description

Job Responsibility :

• To produce and assist in all aspects of the design process from space planning, conceptual mood board, impressive 3D render, technical drawings, prepare materials sample boards, construction drawings, shop drawings, Operations and Manual and as-built drawings.
• Ability to conduct site recce and analysis.
• Excellent design sense, detail-oriented, problem-solving and well time management on all aspects of projects from concept to completion.
• Help elevate design standard and provide quality control.
• Able to liaise with suppliers for specified items.
• Generating perspective drawing using computer-aided design (CAD), AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, and Illustrator software.
• Determine selection of colours, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the concept.
• Ensure accurate drawing according to company standard.
• Support other team member to deliver drawing on time.
• Preparing detailed final designs.
• Obtain sign-off for all drawing and finishes.
• Manage and lead projects to handover.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in Quality Management System and shall:

1. ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001; 2. ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs; 3. report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management; 4. ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and 5. ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented. Job Requirements :

• Professional Certificate / Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge in design, planning and representational skills.
• Working knowledge of computer-aided design AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D Studio Max, SolidWorks, Photoshop, 3D Max, and Illustrator software.
• Attention to details, artistic and creative.
• Good multitaskers with time management skills.
• Good eye for defects identification and aesthetic.
