Job Description
Requirement
- At least one (1) year of working experience in Interior Design or Sales.
- Have passion in Design and creative in Interior Design.
- Independent with sales and target-driven mindset.
- Positive attitude and takes pride in your work.
- Responsible & Reliable.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Carry out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives,2D, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects.
- Involve in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of Material used.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc
- To ensure design and renovation targets for clients are met.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties/task when requested by management
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
- Required skill(s): 3D Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work in a team with positive attitude, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to learn.
- At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field is required
- Able to travel and meet client
- Able to speak in Mandarin, English
