Job Description
- Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year of experience in a related field are welcome.
- Proficiency in 2D CAD drawing is required.
- Experience with 3D visualization software such as 3DS Max, Sketchup, or Aihouse is preferred.
- Willingness to visit and inspect project sites.
- Must have own transportation.
- Design conceptualisation : Provide design solution post site visit and discussion
- 2D CAD drawing : To provide Furniture layout plan , M&E Plan, Reflected ceiling plan and Detail elevation CAD Drawing
- Supplier & contractor liaison : Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and contractors to source materials, finishes, furniture and fixture that align with the design concept, coordinate and manage communication between all parties involved to ensure smooth project execution
