- Responsible for personal and team sales performance, establishing contact and developing good relationships with prospects; recommending solutions prospects.
- Develop knowledge in design trends and appropriate product application.
- Determine the client\xe2\x80\x99s goals and requirements for the project.
- Review site; conducts site measurements and plan-to site adherence checks.
- Quote to client all the items based on selected materials and site measurement.
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical, partition layouts and etc.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct site review during or after installation with production team and installation crew.
- Visit site during and after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied.
- Responsible to prepare contents and host for LIVE at company social media such as Facebook.
- Complete assigned tasks and other general duties.
- Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Interior Design (Preferred)
- Driving Licence (D) (Preferred)
