Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Good artistic and flair for design for presentation.
• Designer with high quality presentation drawing ability.
• Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
• Good working knowledge in building statutory requirements.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
• To meet datelines and maintain a consistent high standard of work.
• Result-oriented, able to work independently with good planning and organisation skills.
• Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
• Able to handling, coordinating and liaise with clients or designers.
• Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.
• Manage the design team

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Experienced applicants with design background in commercial, offices and residential preferred.
• Well versed in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand sketching and etc.
  Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Flash and etc. is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
• Able to attend meetings and handle site supervision.
• Self-motivated and able to work in team with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
