Salary : RM2,000 - RM3,000 + RM2,500 yearly(Medical outpatient) and RM40,000 yearly (Medical Inpatient) Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday), 8.30 AM - 2.30 PM Saturday) s: 1)Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Translate client needs into design concepts. 2)Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively to clients. Incorporate feedback and revisions as necessary. 3)Develop space plans and layouts that optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces. Consider factors such as ergonomics and accessibility. 4)Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to achieve the desired design aesthetic while adhering to budget constraints. 5)Utilize design software to create 3D models and realistic renderings of proposed design concepts to help clients visualize the end result. 6)Prepare project budgets and ensure that design projects are completed within the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities when possible. 7)Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents. 8)Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. 9)Conduct site visits to address issues, and ensure that designs are implemented correctly. 10)Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry
