• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 3 years\' relevant interior design experience.
• Proficiency in English, excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning.
• Able to develop and present design concepts.
• Required skills: Autodesk AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape/equivalent and Microsoft Office
• Required language: Mandarin is a must!
• Able to read & understand construction drawing. (Layout Plan, Demolishing Plan, M&E Drawing etc.)
• Possess good teamwork, self-motivation and the initiative to learn and adapt

Tanggungjawab

• Work with timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design project.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations.
• Select furniture, materials, d\xc3\xa9cor and finishes while keeping within budget.
• Responsible for tasks such as space planning, interior design, and selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
• Periodically assist in tenders and contract administration
• Working closely with the sales department to align design strategies with client expectations and market demands. This collaboration may involve understanding client needs, interpreting sales feedback, and adjusting designs to meet client preferences
