• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in construction field, the experience of interior design will have added advantage. Fresh graduated welcome to apply too.
• Possess strong oral and communication skills
• Ability to plan and control cost effectively
• Required language: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to start immediately

Tanggungjawab

• Posses with high level skill & 3D visuals for interior design proposal.
• Able to produce layout plans and detail drawings.
• Meeting clients of Project Managers to discuss the project objectives and requirements of The job.
• To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and color scheme to clients.
• Able to handle high profile for residential/commercial/corporate office and related scope for presentation.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients and Art Director.
• To brainstorm with designers and find solutions for better output of perspectives.
• To prepare 2D construction drawings & 3D perspective drawings and color rendering within stipulated timeline.
• Excellent time management to meet multiple deadline(s) and work under pressure.
• Construction Administration - Aiding construction team to construct following your design intention.
• Hand sketch
