To-date, our team has completed for than 100 clinics in Malaysia.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an Interior Designer. This position plays a pivotal role in our company, acting as a liaison between our clients and our project team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of design expertise, excellent communication skills, and strong project management abilities.Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design consultation, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various styles and scales.
• Proficiency in drawing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D Max (added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Conduct design consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop creative and functional interior concepts that meet client requirements.
• Utilize drawing software and tools to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Present design proposals and concepts to clients in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Oversee the execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Manage adhoc assignments from superiors.
