JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform and organize site visits and measurements, and participate in site meetings with clients and suppliers to facilitate clear communication, collaboration, and project coordination. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop into initial plans and drawings. Work closely with the project team to address any design-related challenges or clients request. Generate both 2D and 3D drawings to assist clients in visualizing the projected outcome of the project. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all team members/contractor to ensure the site is executed properly meet project deadlines Show a deep understanding in layout planning, material finishes, and technical drawing plans. Maintain clear and proactive communication with suppliers and vendors to manage on-site projects and promptly address any queries or concerns. Sales commission on every project you had completed.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architect, Construction Management or any construction related field.

Proficient in 3D design software

(I-structure/Coohom/Aihouse) Minimum 2 years of renovation related experience. Able to read & understand construction drawing. (Layout Plan, Demolishing Plan, M&E Drawing, Cabinet drawing etc.) Bilingual in

Mandarin & English

. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients. Able to work from home. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Possess a valid driving license & own motor vehicle travelling to site.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
