Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma\'s in Interior Design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Dmax (Vray or Corona), Photoshop, Office tools
• Education level: Diploma and higher.
• Skills: 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel among others.
• Languages: Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential projects are required.
• Have your own means of transportation.
• Good sense of design and detailing.
• Work well independently, and exhibit good common sense.
• Capable to work autonomously and solve problems independently
• Experience across all interior design project stages, feasibility to delivery (min 3 years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Need Mandarin Speaking

Tanggungjawab

• To achieve project goals and develop design concept.
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, plumbers, and other related partners to ensure job success.
• Inspect renovation work on site to ensure its adherence to the design plans.
• Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
• To plan schedule based on design requirement & renovation work scope.
